FORM MATTERS. Modifications Included.

In FB16 we’re quickly switching from one exercise to another in 30 sec or less. With High Intensity Interval Training, there’s no time to explain the exercises when we’re actually working out. But that’s not a reason to not to pay attention to form. That’s why I've included separate 6-10 minute videos that show you exactly what you’ll be doing in each workout so you master the moves before you start the workout. Modifications are thoroughly explained.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean "lifetime access?"

Your access to the private FB16 website and hence all the workouts won't end in 12 weeks after you officially "graduate" from the program; instead you'll keep the workouts for as long as FB16 is supported as a product from Fitness Reloaded LLC - and we don't plan on closing up shop anytime soon!

So ideally like many grads before you you'll keep doing the FB16 workouts for years to come!

Does FB16 also include a diet/meal plan? Why/why not?

No, unlike other exercise programs that are actually masked weight loss programs and come with meal plans, FB16 is strictly a workout program, not a weight loss one. While changing your diet can give you big results in terms of weight loss, and while some students have lost weight by signing up for the program, our focus is to give busy people the easiest, most convenient, yet most effective way to exercise. If weight loss in particular is your focus, we have other programs to help you with that (email me if interested).

What if the exercises are too easy/difficult for me?

With FB16 you can scale it up or down depending on your fitness level.

  • Want to scale it down? Do fewer reps and/or take advantage of the modifications we show to do easier variations of the same exercise.
  • Want to scale it up? Do more reps and/or replace the variation I’m doing with harder variations.

Can I combine FB16 with the gym/yoga/running?
